Composition Physical Exercise in English / The Importance of Physical Exercise

 

We have both a mind and a body. These two have a really close relationship. A healthy mind goes hand in hand with a healthy body. Physical activity keeps our bodies healthy and our minds sharp. The movement of the limbs is referred to as physical exercise. It makes one strong and energetic, as well as keeping one healthy. There are many different types of physical activity. Swimming, running, walking, and horseback riding are all beneficial types of exercise. Gymnastics and wrestling are both excellent forms of exercise. Football, cricket, hockey, and tennis are modern outdoor sports that provide good physical activity.(Composition Physical Exercise)

Village games provide the best physical activity. Not all types of exercise are suitable for all men. A weak individual will become exhausted if he participates in a game of football or hockey. He suffers more harm than good as a result of such practice. As a result, he should exercise in a more gentle manner. Gymnastics, wrestling, and outdoor games are ideal for young males. There are folks that put in long hours to make a living. They are not required to engage in any physical activity. Again, excessive activity is harmful to one’s health. As a result, we should always engage in whatever exercise is appropriate for us. Physical activity is required for brain development. A weak man sees a bear in every bush .. He is a simple prey for disease and death. Many pupils sit close to their books and refuse to conduct any physical activity. They rapidly deteriorate in health. They succumb to numerous diseases, life becomes a burden for them, and the world appears to be a prison to them. Our bodies are similar to engines. It can be easily spoiled if it is not used on a regular basis. So, we can’t expect to be healthy unless we exercise regularly.
