The world will witness a rare solar eclipse

The world will witness a rare solar eclipse, the day will be as dark as night! The world is going to witness a rare solar eclipse. Recently, such information has been published by the American space research agency NASA.

On April 8, there will be an opportunity to see this cosmic view of the world. The first solar eclipse of 2024 will be a total solar eclipse. In a total solar eclipse, the Moon, Sun and Earth are in the same line. Then the sun is completely covered behind the rotating moon. Because of this, the darkness of the night will descend on the earth during the day. Confused nocturnal animals will become active at this time.

According to NASA, this total solar eclipse is happening again after a long seven years. The reception will start at 11:07 am. The reception will last about 100 minutes. There will be two areas on this dark path, feeling like day turns into night. It will be dark. The temperature will drop. Nocturnal animals i.e. animals that are active at night will become active. After a while the animals will be confused when the sun comes out again.

It is going to be a total solar eclipse. A total eclipse occurs when the Moon moves between the Sun and the Earth. One of the reasons behind this phenomenon is that the Earth revolves around the Sun while the Moon revolves around the Earth. When the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, the Sun’s light is blocked by the Moon. When the Sun is partially covered by the Moon it is called a partial solar eclipse. On the other hand, when the sun goes completely behind the moon, it is called a total solar eclipse.

This is the second total solar eclipse in the last seven years. A total solar eclipse refers to that particular moment when the Moon practically covers the Sun. The sun is 400 times bigger than the moon. But the distance of the moon from the earth is greater than the distance of the sun. So when the Moon is between the Earth and the Sun, the Sun is practically covered. Only a thin layer of its outer halo is visible from Earth in a ring, which appears as if the light falls directly around the Moon. The line along which the Moon’s shadow falls on the Earth during a total solar eclipse is called the path of the total eclipse. From that line it is possible to visualize the whole process of total solar eclipse.

However, this total solar eclipse cannot be seen from Bangladesh. According to NASA, this cosmic scene will be seen in America, Canada and Mexico, Western Europe Pacific, Atlantic, Arctic, Ireland and North West of England.
