We occasionally send a letter of complaint to the relevant individual or business after ordering a product and receiving one that is unsatisfactory. As a result, the concerned department will respond to the complaint in the right manner.
Complaint letters may be written for a variety of reasons, including misconduct, grievances, offenses, resentment resulting from a product or service, etc. Every citizen of the nation has the right to complain when unfair things happen to them and receive an effective response.
