Dear Sir,
I’m writing to let you know that your package of stationery products has arrived at our office. However, it is a source of tremendous sadness since the products are not only unusable, but also damaged. We were dismayed to discover the poor quality of some glue, pencils, rubbers, brown papers, and other items. Furthermore, some of the packets are almost soggy and filthy. They will not even be sold at a discount. You have yet to send the remaining products on my order. If you send these products again, please take your time and be thorough. Otherwise, it will be impossible for us to continue our business relationship with your organization.
