Today our  topic is about health. There is a proverb that “Health is wealth” This is so true for this world nowadays.  so lets talk about some health tips you could follow then to stay healthy. Whether it’s diabetes, heart disease, or even cancer, you’re less likely to get sick if you include healthy practices into your everyday routine. First of all you have to eat healthy food if you do not eat healthy  food then your body will not get proper nutrition. Make a proper food table to eat .Add all kinds of nutrition like vitamins, fats, proteins etc. If this doesn’t work then visit the doctor and do what he says.(Health Solutions)

Make your meals more enjoyable. Fiber can be found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. At least 5 servings (400 grams) of fruits and vegetables should be consumed each day, particularly fresh and seasonal variety. The immune system and sleep are inextricably linked. Getting seven to nine hours of sleep while sleeping heals and strengthens your body. Sleep is necessary for your physical and mental health.

Exercise  daily :

You have to do exercise daily . Woke up early from the bed and spend some time on exercising.  It will help you mentally and physically. You can do yoga, cause it is a traditional exercise and everyone got beneficial result doing if daily. At least 120 minutes of activity per week is advised, or 35 minutes of exercise at least four times per week. Walking, jogging, swimming, or completing an at-home Pilates class are all examples of physical activity. Early rising :

Woke up early from the bed and go to bed early. There is a proverb that going to bed early and walking up from bed early makes a man wise and rich. Do not go to bed too late it will cause you many problems like insomnia, fever and many more.

It is critical to use sun protection:

Please wash your hands before continuing:

Handwashing with soap and water or an alcohol-based sanitizer on a frequent basis is a simple yet effective way to stop infection from spreading. Make a tour :

Make a tour once in a week it will help you to refresh your mind. Play some games in play ground.

 

If you follow those tips it will surely help you to improve your health condition. If you do not maintain your health condition you will never be happy in your real life. You will go through many diseases . So be health conscious nearly 90% of people are not health conscious.

If you are not a healthy person then it will lead you a very painful life like you will be angry always. You will be not able to concenter to on anything. Make a proper work schedule  .

Fats that are good for you should be avoided. Fats should not make up more than 30% of your total energy consumption. Unsaturated fats can be found in olive oil, fish, nuts, seeds, and avocados.   • Don’t eat so much fats
  • If you have smocking addiction then leave it.
  • Consume less sugar
  • Do not drink alcohol
